Full Weekend Pass
Includes admission to BBQ/Pool party; classes ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night dances; as well as Saturday Late Night!! All pre-registration ends 6/29/2022 at 11:59pm!
- Early Bird registration available for the first 10 Registrants : ONLY $160
- Passes will then be $185 until July 2nd
- From July 2nd and at the door $199
Other Available pass options:
- “Party Pass” – just the dances & allows you to compete in all contests $95 Yes! It is available at the door!
- If you are under 18 years of age by 7/4/2024 you are eligible for our $85 JUNIOR RATE!! Yes! It is available at the door!
- If you are a STUDENT you are eligible for a $110 rate! This will not be available at the door and needs to be purchased by Wednesday July 3rd!
You can also register in person with Karen or Dabney anywhere you might see them!
A La Carte Pricing
Can’t make the whole weekend?? It’s ok! You can still come play with us! Passes below are available at the door.

- Friday Night Dance: $30
- Saturday Night Dance (late night dance included): $35
- Saturday Late Night : $10
- Sunday Night Dance $25
- Friday Day Pass $90 – includes all classes for the day and the dance that evening at Z Room Mesa
- Saturday Day Pass $90– includes all classes for the day and the dance that evening at Kats
- Sunday Day Pass: $90 – includes all classes for the day and the dance that evening at Guild of the Vale
**No refunds or transfers. You may apply your pass to a future year if something comes up and you can’t make the event**
